Sherman Theatre wishes to appoint an experienced and dedicated Literary Manager on a full-time, fixed term contract for one year to enable the Literary Department to build on the foundations laid this past year. This additional year of the programme will once more be supported by Arts Council Wales. This role sits at the heart of our artistic process, working closely with the Artistic Director to cultivate and elevate Welsh writers and writing. Each season we invite 10 artists to respond to critical and urgent questions of our time. The aim of the project is to generate meaningful debate and start a national conversation through art.
